The Spirit of the Cuvée
Made from 100% Chardonnay, this vintage Blanc de Blancs is the most radiant expression of the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. In this cuvée, which is always vintage-dated, the chalk speaks for itself. Freshness takes precedence over breadth, verticality over width, in a pure mineral trajectory, taut as line, resulting in a champagne bursting with energy and refinement. Chardonnay at its most direct expression.

The 2019 vintage blend is composed exclusively of Chardonnays sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Chouilly, Trépail and Vertus.

Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2021
The hue is a beautiful pale gold with silvery highlights, animated by a fine and consistent effervescence. The nose reveals a delicate floral expression (white flowers, jasmine) followed by citrus aromas and subtle notes of white pepper. On the palate, the attack is clean and lively, driven by a beautiful aromatic tension. The texture, rich and generous, unfolds with a velvety texture. The finish is vibrant, saline and mineral, underscored by noble bitter notes. The signature of chalk-driven expression of great Chardonnay terroirs.
Food & Champagne Pairing
This lively and harmonious Champagne pairs beautifully with delicate, gastronomic dishes: scallop ceviche with citrus and elderflower vinaigrette, or roasted sea bass fillet or turbot with a beurre blanc sauce.
