A gastronomic rosé with vibrant, elegant notes, the Rosé Millésimé combines concentration, maturity and freshness. This gourmet cuvée reveals the richness of the great Pinot Noirs, sublimated by the brilliance of the Chardonnays of the Montagne de Reims.
The Spirit of the Cuvée
This Rosé Millésimé is born of blending. The intensity of Pinot Noir meets the elegance of Chardonnay, drawn exclusively from a selection of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. This cuvée, marked by striking poise, captures the richness of the great Pinot Noirs of Champagne, enhanced by the radiance of the Chardonnays from the Montagne de Reims. The red wines, sourced from historic plots in Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, are tended with meticulous care before undergoing five years’ ageing, revealing the wine’s complexity and harmony at full maturity.

This Rosé Millésimé is born of the blend, never of the saignée. The intensity of Pinot Noir meets the elegance of Chardonnay, from the sole selection of Grands and Premiers Crus.
On the nose, the 2021 vintage opens with fresh, tangy red fruits, with raspberry taking centre stage. Upon aeration, notes of of ripe yellow fruits gradually reveal themselves.
Pinot Noirs from the House’s vineyards lend this vintage freshness, aromatic intensity and elegance, fully expressing the distinctive character of its origin.

2021 Vintage Rosé
The hue reveals delicate rosé tones with copper highlights. The nose, vibrant and precise, expresses fresh, tangy red fruits, with raspberry taking centre stage alongside a touch of star anise. Upon aeration, notes of apricot tart and very ripe mirabelle plums emerge. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with poised and assertive structure, carried by aromas of strawberry and rhubarb tart. The finish, long and angular, promises remarkable development.
