Produced in the same vein as the Brut Classic, the Brut Rosé embodies the other flagship expression of Maison Deutz. This cuvée, made entirely from Grands and Premiers Crus vineyards, combines the finesse of the Pinot Noirs from Aÿ with the brightness of the Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs. A fresh, elegant and luminous rosé champagne blending red berries with a subtly structured mineral foundation.
The Spirit of the Cuvée
The soul of the Grands Crus. Deutz Brut Rosé demonstrates total mastery in the vinification of the finest Pinot Noirs and Meuniers from Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, all combined with the radiance of Chardonnay. The red wines destined for the blend are crafted with meticulous care: careful sorting, cold maceration, gentle extraction and controlled fermentation comcine to preserve nothing but the pure essence of the fruit. Three years of cellar ageing refine the texture and reveal the full complexity of this rosé of remarkable precision.

Sourced from the House’s vineyards in Aÿ, the Pinot Noirs selected for the red wine lend finesse and intensity to the vibrant red fruit aromas.
Tasting Notes
The luminous pale pink hue reflects the delicacy of this cuvée. The bouquet opens with crisp red berries (blackcurrant, strawberry, blueberry), enhanced by notes of yellow apple, rhubarb and a hint of violet. On the palate, a tangy, mouth-watering structure, dominated by redcurrant, unfolds to a hint of black pepper to finish – the signature minerality of Aÿ’s Pinot Noirs. A subtle and luminous Champagne rosé.
