A signature cuvée
The Brut Classic embodies the Deutz style: precise, refined and silky, displaying a distinctive personality that combines subtlety, purity and harmony. There is no set formula governing its blend; it is a space for creativity renewed with every harvest, when the Cellar Master draws, as required, from the House’s precious library of reserve wines. Around three years of ageing brings finesse and full depth of expression.

Deutz Brut Classic exemplifies the great creative freedom of blending. An art of possibility where the diversity of terroirs and the choices available ultimately allow for the expression of a single, distinctive signature.
Notes of hawthorn blossom and white flowers reveal a luminous and elegant opening, leading to a rich aromatic palette of ripe fruit and delicate toasted nuances.
Born from a meticulous selection of Champagne’s three grape varieties, Brut Classic harmoniously combines the purity of Chardonnay with the richness and structure of the Pinots, resulting in a beautifully balanced wine.
Tasting Notes
The deep gold hue is enlivened by a delicate effervescence. The expressive bouquet opens with floral notes before developing into hints of toast, marzipan and ripe fruit. On the palate, the freshness of the Chardonnay blends with the creaminess of the Pinot. The aromas are carried by a silky texture, leading to a fruity, lingering, harmonious finish.
