His philosophy boils down to one question: how can we work in harmony with nature to convey, as faithfully as possible, the expression of each terroir? As Vineyard Director since 2023, Cédric Georget watches over the vineyards of Maison Deutz, as well as those of its partner winegrowers, day in, day out. This meticulous, patient work in the vineyard shapes the style of the prestige cuvées long before blending takes place.

After two decades in the upper echelons of the luxury sector, working for brands with powerful identities for whom culture, emotion and pleasure are the driving forces, Marc Hoellinger joined Deutz in 2022. In doing so, he discovered an independent House rooted in a specific location, a unique expertise and exacting standards, all driven by a commitment to creativity and the transmission of tradition. His role is to support the House’s creative talents and provide them with the means to express their talent.

At Deutz, excellence is a collective endeavour. The House employs around a hundred staff members, men and women from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared vision and driven by a common ambition: to uphold the spirit of the House. A small-scale House whose beating heart remains in Aÿ, and whose every action counts just as much as every decision.
